choc coco pops
A childhood classic but make it wholesome. Our coco pop crackles can do no wrong. They taste like the real deal but made with nutrient pack ingredients so you wont mind if your kids go back for seconds or thirds. Make sure to enjoy them too, the whole family will love!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
2 TBS honey
2 TBS raw cacao
2 Cups puffed quinoa (or puffed brown rice )
4 TBS hemp seeds
Method:
In a bowl add your melted coconut oil and honey, mix until well combined.
Add your raw cacao, puffed quinoa or rice and hemp seeds and stir until its all coated and combined.
Transfer into your muffin moulds (or moulds of choice).
Place in the freezer and set for at least and hour and enjoy.
Keep in the freezer to stay firm and enjoy!
